Juan Ramirez
Founder & CEO
Juan Ramirez was born in Leon, Guanajuato Mexico. At the age of 24, he began his journey in the plastic injection molding industry—a field that would define the next three decades of his professional life. From his first day on the job, Juan committed himself to mastering every aspect of the trade, from machine operation and maintenance to production efficiency and quality control.
After 29 years of hard work, dedication, and continuous learning, Juan decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. In 2017, he founded ANP Manufacturing in National City, California, opening a small workshop. Those early years were full of ups and downs and it was there that Juan quickly realized the difference between working for a company and owning one. He had faith that something good was coming.
That faith paid off. Over time, ANP Manufacturing grew, and Juan moved his operations to a larger workshop further south. With more space came more opportunities and more responsibilities. As the business expanded, so did the challenges, pushing Juan to adapt, learn, and refine his skills.
Eventually, Juan relocated once again, this time to a facility that offered even greater potential for growth. Today, he continues to focus on expanding both his business and his personal expertise, always seeking ways to improve processes, serve customers better, and share his knowledge with his family and future generations.
